Professor Dr Eugene Lai of Nottingham Trent University, UK, conducted a day-long workshop for students of FMC. Dr Lai covered the topics of ​‘Dealing with Disagreement in a Project Team’ and ​‘Turning Around a Seemingly Dysfunctional Project Team’ during the workshop.
